چکیده

Lignocellulosic biomass is an abundant and renewable source that could be utilized for production of many bioproducts. It mainly consists cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, all which come together to form a recalcitrant wall impedes In order overcome the nature biomass, it important fully understand how cell components are synthesized assembled. Xylan one hemicellulosic contributes recalcitrance. has substitutions on backbone formed by orchestration enzymes. For example, glucuronoxylan methyltransferases responsible 4-O-methylation glucuronic acid (GlcA) side chains xylan. Mutant lines valuable sources structure importance Here, we investigated wild-type gxm1gxm2gxm3 triple mutant Arabidopsis employing set four xylan antibodies specifically recognize methyl epitopes prove their epitope. The walls were observed with specific monoclonal first time. Cell-wall-directed help further our understanding synthesis plant walls.

Unique Epitopes Recognized by Monoclonal Antibodies against HP-PRRSV: Deep Understanding of Antigenic Structure and Virus-Antibody Interaction

Highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (HP-PRRSV) is a member of the genus Arterivirus within the family Arteriviridae. N and GP3 proteins are the immunodominance regions of the PRRSV viral proteins. To identify the B-cell linear antigenic epitopes within HP-PRRSV N and GP3 proteins, two monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against N and GP3 proteins were generated and ch...

Antisera and monoclonal antibodies specific for epitopes generated during oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein.

Increasing evidence indicates that low density lipoprotein (LDL) has to be modified to induce foam cell formation. One such modification, oxidation of LDL, generates a number of highly reactive short chain-length aldehydic fragments of oxidized fatty acids capable of conjugating with lysine residues of apoprotein B. By immunizing animals with homologous malondialdehyde-modified LDL (MDA-LDL), 4...

Monoclonal Antibodies

SUMMARY Monoclonal Antibodies are identical antibodies and Can be generated in ultimated amounts by countinuos cultures of single antibody- secreting cells. These cell lines are produced by cell fusion of normal lymphocytes to cells of a myeloma tumor cell line, which confers on the antibody producing hybrid cell, immortality and the ability grow as atumor in animals. monoclonal antibodies c...

Monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies against acetaldehyde-containing epitopes in acetaldehyde-protein adducts.

Immunization of mice with acetaldehyde conjugated to human plasma proteins resulted in the production of polyclonal antibodies that reacted with erythrocyte protein-acetaldehyde conjugates, but not with control erythrocyte proteins. Such antibodies recognized erythrocyte protein-acetaldehyde conjugates prepared with 20-100 microM acetaldehyde, concentrations that exist in the blood of alcoholic...

Generation and characterization of a panel of monoclonal antibodies against distinct epitopes of human CD146.

Abstract CD146 (MUC18, Mel-CAM/MCAM) is a transmembrane protein, originally identified as a biomarker of melanoma, and plays an important role in cancer invasion and metastasis. Further studies revealed that CD146 as a novel endothelial marker was also involved in angiogenesis. Previous studies reported several anti-CD146 antibodies, such as MUC18, A32, S-endo1, and P1H12, showing different bin...
